4.3 phwin22 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time pending completion of KYC verification. Funds deposited into an unverified account may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 You must promptly notify phwin22 of any changes to your registered information by contacting support at [email protected]. phwin22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.5 phwin22 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons, in its sole and absolute discretion.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin22 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.

5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your phwin22 Account. phwin22 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

5.3 You must notify phwin22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any fraudulent activity has occurred on your Account.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. 8.3 Voided Bets. phwin22 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned;

13.4 All disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in Section 14 below.

14.1 These Terms, your use of the phwin22 platform, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

14.2 You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phwin22, without prejudice to phwin22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

15.1 phwin22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phwin22 will endeavor to provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the phwin22 platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

15.2 The date of the most recent revision is shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the phwin22 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
